Hudson Park was the first community in 30 years to be developed on Yonkers’ Hudson River. Prior to breaking ground, Collins formed a public-private partnership with the City of Yonkers that included municipal improvements such as train station upgrades, public parks on the river, restaurants and a riverside promenade. The 8-acre community is located immediately adjacent to the Yonkers Metro North Train Station, which is an express stop providing a 28-minute commute to Grand Central Station. It is also conveniently located near great shopping, restaurants, public library, performing arts venues, and waterfront recreation. The three-phase project includes three mixed-used buildings: Hudson Park South, Hudson Park North and Hudson Park River Club. In total, there are 773 residential apartments and 15,000 SF of restaurants and shops.
Hudson Park South
1 Van Der Donck Street
The initial phase of the Collins’ redevelopment plan opened in the fall of 2003. Hudson Park South consists of 266 one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, along with 15,500 square feet of restaurants and retail space.
Hudson Park North
1 Alexander Street
Completed in 2008, Hudson Park North was the second tower constructed at Hudson Park. It is home to 294 one- and two-bedroom luxury rental apartments and a host of building amenities.
Hudson Park River Club
Alexander Street
In 2015, Collins broke ground on a residential tower of 213 luxury apartments. With stunning views of the Palisades and the Manhattan skyline, the building rises 23 stories high. Amenities include a health club, an event space, a roofdeck, and structured parking. The project was completed by 2017 in order to take advantage of the New York State Brownfield’s Tax Credit Program, which reimbursed up to 20% of the project’s construction costs.
