A History of Trust and Experience

The Collins real estate legacy reaches back several generations. The principals’ grandfather, Arthur Collins, Sr., was a prominent New York real estate figure during the Depression era. He was president of Brown, Harris and Stevens and then formed his owned company called Collins and Tuttle, which developed and leased commercial buildings in New York City and Chicago. The principals’ father, Arthur Collins, founded Collins Development in 1971 and quickly established a reputation for excellence and innovation in the New York metro area. Some of his notable projects include Lyon Farm in Greenwich, CT; Palmer Square in Princeton, NJ; Harbor Plaza in Stamford, CT; and Sono in Norwalk, CT.
