Overview

Riverside Terrace was a 200-unit garden-style apartment community built in the 1940’s and located in Norfolk, Virginia. Collins acquired the property, located on a 20 acre river peninsula, with the intention of repositioning and ultimately redeveloping the site as part of a broader master-planning effort.

Prior to demolition, Collins owned and managed the community for several years. Riverside Terrace featured walk-up buildings with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
