The building, which is situated within the northern sector of the Stamford central business district, enjoys excellent access from both Interstate 95, approximately one mile south, and the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) to the north via Long Ridge Road and High Ridge Road. Collins purchased the building in 2000 for $12 million, repositioned the property, leased all of the vacant spaces, negotiated long-term leases and sold it in 2007 for $20 million.
