East coast developer announces completion of first phase of mixed-use development in Chesterfield

Today, the developer is celebrating its recently completed project in Richmond, Virginia, called The James at Springline. Construction wrapped up in May of this year, and residents have already begun to sign leases. Phase 1 of this mixed-use, multifamily rec evelopment offers 298 units and 28,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, offices and coffee shops, all just a 15-minute drive from Virginia Commonwealth University.
The James at Springline is the first project to offer secure parking in Chesterfield. Residents have many floor plans to choose from, with some units containing up to three bedrooms. Each awelling is equipped with high speed internet, and communal amenities include study spaces, computer stations, business offices, courtyards and a pool.
