Completed in 2025, The James is a best-in-class mixed-use property with 298 apartment residences, a five level parking garage and 26,000 SF of ground floor retail, with a specialty grocer and restaurant space. Amenities at The James include a swimming pool, outdoor community kitchen, firepits, EV charging stations, storage and a library. It is the first multifamily property in Chesterfield to include structured parking.
The James is the first phase of a public-private initiative with Chesterfield County to create Springline at District 60, a town center project and transformative retail and residential destination. Springline at District 60 will ultimately include a full-service 274 room Hilton hotel, an additional 900 apartments, 90,000 SF of retail and 300,000 SF of Class A office.
