In 2007, Collins acquired this two-building office park totaling 80,000 square feet along the newly revitalized West Main Street corridor in Stamford, Connecticut. Originally constructed as an industrial warehouse and converted to office use in the 1970’s, the property was repositioned by Collins as a premier medical office destination. Through strategic capital improvements and targeted leasing efforts, Collins successfully attracted anchor tenants including Stamford Hospital and its affiliated medical practices.

The property underwent extensive upgrades encompassing base building systems, environmental remediation, new HVAC installations, updated façade and signage, roof replacement, and enhanced security systems. With 80 surface parking spaces and a strong medical tenancy, the asset demonstrated sustained performance and long-term value creation. Collins managed and leased the property through its ownership period before completing a successful sale in 2018.
