Overview

Capitalizing on the job growth and attractions of downtown Norfolk, this project formed a prototype for urban redevelopment in 2005. The four-story infill project involved the rebuilding of a city-owned parking garage and incorporated the urban architectural features of nearby buildings. Collins was first to build condos around a public parking garage. The property attracted first-time home buyers to the downtown Norfolk market. Featuring 94 condominium homes, 338 Boush Street overlooks the historic Freemason District.
