Located in the historic neighborhood of Larchmont, The Landings at Bolling Square features condominiums and townhomes. Flanked by the campus of Old Dominion University and the Lafayette River, the project will ultimately consist of 185 townhomes and condominiums, of which 74 are completed and sold. The new community of 111 rental units is strategically located on the river and abuts the Larchmont Elementary School and St. Patrick’s Catholic School. The second phase will feature 111 apartments that will ultimately convert to for-sale units. The buildings replicate the cottage-style architecture found in Larchmont, and the landscape is designed after the colonial garden traditions seen from Norfolk to Williamsburg. This project will be the only multifamily community in Larchmont. Partners include Real Estate Capital Partners and Monarch Bank. The project cost is $18 million with a projected net operating income is $1.6 million.
