The Asset & Property Management team is comprised of 10 professionals who integrate expertise from different disciplines: property management and leasing, construction and capital improvements, and financial reporting. Asset Management is headed by Dwight Collins.

Through its affiliate, Collins Properties, the management staff has over 30 years of collective experience on the Collins Portfolio as well as third party management.
