Collins Enterprises has over 100 combined years of expertise in development, marketing, construction and financing. Today, a third-generation principal in the firm, Arthur Collins, leads an efficient, integrated team: five specialists in entitlements, design, marketing and construction with an in-house finance and reporting staff. Especially significant is the team’s effectiveness in generating consensus among disparate groups and expediting the entitlement process. With this team, the firm has excelled in urban redevelopment particularly in those projects where public/private partnerships are required with municipalities.

Recently Collins is focusing on multifamily redevelopment in employment centers and edge cities. Both rental and for-sale properties are a major part of the portfolio. Currently under construction is $75 million in multifamily projects in New York and Virginia.
